Programs
 

Practices generally start out with basic dribble and footwork warmups. We then transition into layups and shooting to warmup. After we are done warming up, we go into dribbling exercises to improve hand eye coordination and other skills. Next, we practice shooting form and aiming. We then do some basic drills based off common plays used in basketball. We end practice with a scrimmage and conditioning.
